Hey everyone ^^
I'm back!!! [and right now i'm kind of wondering where the hell i went.]
Yeah, just to clear some stuff up, i'm still me, i still love chocolate and God, and i still hate pink.
Ok. so anyways, for the past coupleof weeks, i've been pretty busy, I was at church music camp, and then i went to Debate camp, at TJC.
before i recap my past few days, i introduce a new fandom to the world!!!
GENMAxRAIDO AND KAKASHIxIRUKA AND IZUMOxKOTETSU!!!
*insert long squeal here* <(can't be bothered to type it out.) The fanfictions only comes in a six-some, ladies and gentlemen, but 6 hot guys... i mean, psh, the more the merrier, right?? LOL. Would you believe i had a night to actually assigned myself an interuption free night to read these fics? MY GOD. And i bought special chocolate to eat, too. Dairy milk cadbury, and many thanks to Kimberly, who'd bought me a bar of Van Houten almond chocolate, and by the way guys, Almond Gold has got to be one of the best brands of chocolate i have EVER tasted thus far. Either way...
Ok, so about the music camp, i signed up for the vocalist courses, sat in on a couple of other lessons, but i just did the singing ones... on the night of the concert, patrick [that's the guy who taught us] picked me and Elizabeth from another church, the NLCommunityC, to sing a harmony with him. Lol, feels so nice to sing in harmony because we usually just sing in Melody tone.

the concert went without a hitch.
Ok, so about the debate camp... well, first day was great, i guess, met a few people and stuff, i could name them, i think... Jasmine, Ara, Aqilah, Ismail, Marshall, Derrick. I think i screwed up the last name, but... yeah. Nevermind. I'll just call him derrick. we played some games, and i was best speaker :D really made me happy.
And then they asked us to prepare for a motion... THBT community service should be made compulsory. they didn't tell us which side, Prop or Opp, we would be on, so we had to prepare stuff for both sides. which sucked T.T I stayed up till past 2 that night, lol. On the second day, this guy, who was so smart as to forget to come on the first day, came. I think he was named Darren. again, not so sure... So on the second day, we debated, and they didin't tell us the results till the third day, and our side of the house won, and i got best speaker ^^ wheeeee... *waves little DOS [debate and oratorical society] flag around* there were 3 best speakers that were mentioned, but one of the facilitators, Aziz, told me later on that in all their opinions, i was the actual best speaker because my form was more shaped up.
But i didn't take part in the exhibition debate... sadly. i stayed up till 4 preparing for that motion. it was ... THW ban the advertising of fast food. which would be easy if it began THBT instead of THW. it makes a huge difference because with THW, you need to incude a solid policy with clauses and penalties, which is HELLA difficult.
And thus i stayed up till 4 preparing for it.
But the next day, they said that the other 2 would be going, because Ismail (second best speaker) was sec 3 this year, and next year he wouldn't be debating, and Aqilah had no debating team at her school so they felt she needed the exposure, since i'm most likely still going to have many chances to compete. So i handed Aqilah my research. Oh well. In the end, i have the cert to show i participated and debated during the camp, so i'm happy :D
