Shadows Of The Past.

Often, whenever i try to tell anyone about God, they ask me, "If your God is SOOO great, why does he ALLOW us to experience problems? WHY not just make everything Easy, and SMOOTH?"
Well... recently, i've learnt how it TRULY is IMPORTANT that we experience problems in our life. God does, undeniably, ALLOW us to experience problems. He doesn't only APPROVE of it, sometimes God ACTUALLY does the admin and paperwork work for it too, PLANNING out what kind of problem is going to face us.
You see, many people just DON'T GET how problems enable us to grow. God LOVES us, and wants a CLOSER relationship with us. When we face problems, he shows us how he can HELP us, eventually, overcome them, ALLOWING us to OPEN our stubbornly SHUT eyes to see how GOOD the Lord truly is.
Some of you still DON'T GET IT. In a Nutshell, GOD HAS ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION TO SAVE YOU. HE IS YOUR CREATOR, HE IS THE POTTER, AND YOU ARE THE CLAY. HE HAS DIBS ON DECIDING YOUR ENTIRE LIFE, AND YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IT. BUT even though he knows, He does know he has NO OBLIGATION to help you, He DOES. This is all out of The GOODNESS OF GOD'S HEART. God shows us how GREAT he is by REVEALING a solution that seemed so IMPOSSIBLE, seemed so FAR-FETCHED, that it is true. It can ONLY be him. Only God can make such a SITUATION, one that is so PERFECT, one that solves the problem so WELL.
Some of you STILL don't accept it. You know, reflect upon it. Honestly, God COULD have made us all into MINDLESS ROBOTS who worshipped him, who LOVED him, who HONOURED him. But he DIDN'T.
WHY??
God wants us to go to him OF OUR OWN FREE WILL.
OUR OWN FREE WILL.
FREEEEEE WIIIIIIILLL.
Understand? God made us in HIS likeness, and since HE has a BRAIN, so do we. We have a CHOICE, to turn TO him, our CREATOR and FATHER, or to turn AWAY from Him.
A CHOICE.
God gave YOU, an INSIGNIFICANT LITTLE THING, a CHOICE.
Think about that.
